Executive producer, Kim Kirby, has ended the year with a launch – her own commercial film and TV production collective, Beautiful State. Kirby is injecting her twenty years’ experience into the new company, in which she plans to be a creative production partner for brands and agencies.
“I wanted to create an innovative and energised space which strips away unnecessary layers of production company management to give brands and agencies an environment to express and create their message in the most agile, vivid, effective and professional way,” she stated.
“Bringing ideas and vision to life through effective management and expert collaboration is what Beautiful State is all about, and we’re excited about working with even more brands and creatives to make this happen.”
Kirby began her career as a producer at McCann Erickson in London. She joined 2radical.media in Australia in 2007 before going freelance seven years later.
Beautiful State begins with a team of producers and directors including, Nick Reynolds (Specsavers, Mentos), Nick Robertson (Jacobs Creek, Noble Oak), Sally Tran (Dunkin Donuts, Schick) and Emily Tomelty (Bonds, Upside).
