Aussie expat creative, Laura Jordan Bambach, is leaving Mr President, the agency she co-founded. She has been appointed chief creative officer of Grey London. Jordan Bambach was chief creative officer of Mr President and is also a co-founder of She Says and a former president of D&AD. Jordan Bambach moved to the UK from Australia nineteen 19 years ago where she worked at Glue London, London, LBi and Dare before joining Mr. President in 2012.
She replaces Vicki Maguire, who left in September last year to become chief creative officer at Havas.
In her role at Grey, Jordan Bambach will work with Grey Europe’s chief creative officer, Javier Campopiano, who becomes creative chairman of the London agency in addition to his European role. Campopiano replaces Adrian Rossi who left Grey in December last year.
It hasn’t been a stellar year for Grey, losing major accounts, McVitie’s, Jacob’s, Duracell and Lucozade.
Mr President will not replace Jordan Bambach. Executive creative director and partner, Jon Gledstone, will lead the agency’s creative.
Jordan Bambach shared her experiences in advertising with The Stable when she was in Australia over the Christmas break:
