Be prepared to feel a lot of things. Intensely. Smuggler (part of Exit & Friends) director, Miles Jay, has your heart in his hands for 6 minutes in this AT&T It Can Wait film by ESPN in-house agency, CreativeWorks.
The new film follows AT&T’s It Can Wait: Close to Home that launched in July.
It is the story of Fletcher Cleaves, whose life was dramatically altered six years ago by an oncoming driver who glanced at her phone. Yes, its power is intrinsically linked to it’s being a real life story. And made possible by Cleaves, who agree to have his story told by ESPN.
But that power comes from within the film – the first person views, the ECUs, the real life footage…the shocking recreation of the accident and the rolling tagline…that Cleaves’ drive, challenges and triumphs are palpable.
It comes from Miles Jay’s vision.
