The end of 2018 is also the beginning of new Sydney advertising agency, Loyal, founded by Paul Fenton and Joshua Hunt. The 12-strong agency lives in Darlinghurst, Sydney.
Paul Fenton commented, “Josh and I have been talking about partnering for years, and since opening the doors at Loyal, the only question has been, ‘why didn’t we do this earlier?”

Fenton had been creative director of his own agency, YOLO, since 2012 and national head of art to executive creative director at Arnold Furnace from 2006. He also worked at BAM SSB and FCB San Francisco early in his career.
Hunt also comes with significant experience in leading agencies. he had been founding partner & creative director of content and interactive agency, Drifter, since 2013, worked at Soap Creative in both Sydney and LA, and began his career at Saatch 7 Saatchi under David Nobay and Simone Bartley.

“Paulie and I have known and worked on a number of projects together for years, and very much shared a similar vision for an agency, the culture and most importantly the standard of creative we wanted to pursue. We also both like the same football team which I’ve since learned may have been the deciding factor on the partnership,” Hunt commented.
Since opening, the Loyal team has already added a string of new clients and work to the long-standing client relationships the partners brought with them. New accounts include Investsmart, the new Sydney Zoo, Elanco, Scenic World and Centuria.
