Roojai Online Insurance is Thai – weirdly, with a kangaroo in its corporate identity. BBDO Bangkok has given it a reason to exist. It’s big and strong and it minimises the most common response to an accident – frustration. By association, so does Roojai Online Insurance, with the famous kangaroo symbolising agility, support, and care.
The hero commercial is the newest example of Thai advertising’s flair for absurd humour and for capturing relatable human truths. It was directed by Cannes-winning director, Un Wuthisak from Factory 01.
A second commercial will be released in July.
