The NFL season has begun with a bang – a rousing star-studded 75-second film by 72andSunny. The commercial is called It Feels Good to Football. The high energy film makes sure that good feeling is palpable.

After a series of teasers, the full film has launched on Instagram and YouTube and will go to air tomorrow on NBC, during the first game of the regular season, September 8.

Among the football stars and celebrities are Lil Wayne and Saweetie; rapper and actor, Young Dylan; Olympic gymnast, Simon Biles (cheering fiancé, Houston Texans player, Jonathan Owens); TikTok star, Josh Richards; Seattle Seahawks’ DK Metcalf playing piano and Baltimore Ravens kicker, Justin Tucker singing opera.

Metcalf plays the song, Still D.R.E, which pays tribute to last year’s Super Bowl Halftime Show performance with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar. The spot was directed by The Malloys and produced by Superprime.

A variety of cut-down versions of the commercial will run on NFL channels. These will include a series of 15-second versions that feature individual talent starring in the campaign.
