The Monkeys has become lead creative agency for Berlei, its first win since becoming part of Accenture Interactive and its third for the year.
The win coincides with Berlei’s 100th anniversary year and the agency will underline Berlei’s role as a brand run by women for women and supporting modern women with pioneering products and ongoing research and development into new fabrics and technologies.
Its creative work is due to appear from August. The Monkeys has also won Pizza Hut in March and Canadian Club in May.
The Works has won the pitch to become the creative agency for Sanitarium Up’n’Go. Its appointment is immediate and The Works will be the lead agency on the business across Australia and New Zealand.
Damian Pincus, founder and creative partner at The Works, commented, “The pitch process was one of the most rewarding we have been through, the chemistry, culture and alignment of thinking between our two companies was amazing and will lead to a strong working relationship.
VCCP Sydney has been appointed by Cancer Council following a pitch, to develop a new national campaign aimed at raising awareness of the breadth of work undertaken by Cancer Council across its research, prevention, support and advocacy.
That campaign is expected to launch early in 2018.
Kristofer Rogers, director of marketing and fundraising, Cancer Council Australia, commented, “Cancer Council is a household name in Australia, yet most people don’t realise just how much we do. We lead the way with research and advocacy, but we also run prevention programs like SunSmart and amazing services like rural patient transport. So we were looking for an innovative approach to communicate the breadth of the work we undertake and the VCCP team delivered that. We are very excited to be working with them.”
VCCP chief executive officer, Andrew Holt, commented, “This campaign is a big milestone for the organisation, as all States & Territories are collaborating to deliver a vital message to Australia. We are humbled to have been chosen to partner with them.”
VCCP Sydney has also added ING Direct, Fitness First, Compare the Market, Purplebricks, TAFE Western Sydney, Feros Care and hipages to its list of clients recently.
