Annabelle Herd, CEO, ARIA, stated, “Every campaign on this list could have chosen to license anything in the world. They all chose an Australian record. A local artist is an incredibly powerful choice to tell a local story, and equally, a line in an agency’s music budget can change an artist’s career. Congratulations to all five nominees. Thank you to every agency and brand backing homegrown music for homegrown campaigns.”
