So many agencies were vying for attention at Cannes Lions. But one New York agency shows that you didn’t have to go all the way to France to do that. Five-year-old independent agency, Altantic New York, worked out that it just takes money to put yourself in front of brands. The money brands didn’t spend at Cannes.
The agency is offering brands up to 10% off its agency fees if they gave Cannes Lions’ scorching costs this year a miss. Atlantic’s Riviera Rebate online calculator estimates how much the company saved by not spending on airfares, accommodation etc and matches those savings up to US$50k on a project with the agency.
