Women’s football is gaining traction at least. Brands are noticing. Tesco is the latest brand aiming to win friends and influence people by supporting the England and Wales teams competing in the Women’s Euros this year.
BBH has linked the two together with secret messages of support by Tesco to the two teams, in the form of out-of-homes, featuring receipts.


In the digital OOH campaign, acrostic lists of purchases highlight favourite matchday snacks. On closer look, the receipts also spell out messages of celebration and support – including, “You’ve Got This” and “Ymlaen Garfan” which translates to “Let’s go” or “Come on team”.
