British rapper, Dave, sends an emotive message to Manchester United striker, Marcus Rashford, in an illustrated flipbook-style film for Beats by Dre called Never Beaten, ahead of the Premier League soccer season in the UK.
While the tribute is directed at Rashford, he stands for the struggle to achieve, the perseverance and resilience it requires. Rashford has been confronted by challenges on and off the field. The campaigner against racism, homelessness and child hunger was himself a target of racial abuse after he missed a penalty in England’s Euro 2020 final shoot-out.
But he was awarded an MBE for campaigning for school meals and setting up the In the Box campaign with Selfridges to give the homeless essential items over the Christmas period.
