Clemenger BBDO Sydney has won the creative account for Australia’s No.1 alcoholic ginger beer brand, Brookvale Union.
Clemenger BBDO will develop the brand’s new creative platform. Brookvale Union launched in 2013 with its ginger beer. In the last two years, it has expanded into the ready-to-drink category with the launch of Spiced Rum & Lime Ginger Beer and Vodka & Peach Iced Tea.
The new creative brand platform will use the brand’s unique positioning, “quality nonsense” – the idea being that while everything inside each can and bottle is quality, everything outside it is nonsense, so great tasting drinks can be enjoyed while pressing pause on a super serious world and having fun for fun’s sake.
