Nissan by Dark Horses give a new meaning to the term, Garage Radio. There’s is a fully electric radio station powered by the 2025 Nissan LEAF, and streaming live from the paddock at this weekend’s Formula E finale at ExCeL London.
The radio station, created for the Nissan Formula E Team in partnership with East London Radio is hosted by Kurupt FM’s Steve Stamp, with two main hosts, motorsport presenter Derin Adetosoye and Radio 2’s Cloe Lee. Designed to bring fans closer to the chaos, culture and commentary, it encourages fans to tune in and enjoy exclusive content and access ahead of the finale of the 2024/25 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship in London, 26-27 July. There will be feature slots dedicated to Nissan Formula E Team drivers Oliver Rowland and Norman Nato, plus a line-up of surprise guests still to be announced.
The launch of Garage Radio from the all-new LEAF, Nissan Formula E Team aims to bring both hardcore and casual fans closer to the weekend’s action by giving them the chance to tune-in and follow all the action from the event…and show off the Nissan LEAF’s impressive electric capabilities.
The season finale in London is not the only big moment on UK soil for Nissan, the third-generation Nissan LEAF, one of the world’s best-selling EVs, will start production at its Sunderland plant soon.

This circuit is unique – we always see great racing here and fans can get closer to the action and hear directly from some of the protagonists by tuning in all weekend.”
