The Chery Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid calls itself a family car. It has one flaw – a 1,200km range. That’s a huge disadvantage if you’re a kid. Mum and dad won’t stop to refuel or recharge – and buy lollies, ice creams, pies and drinks.
Dentsu Creative has found a fresh new way to highlight a vehicle built to go the distance. It’s a boy in a car passing petrol station after petrol station – there’s a no treat stop for him.
Lucas Harris, Chery Australia chief operating officer, stated, “The Tiggo 7 Super Hybrid is built with Australian families in mind, offering more for less. Combining premium features, a 1,200km driving range and an affordable price tag, there’s many advantages of choosing a Chery Super Hybrid, which is highlighted through our latest campaign. While the kids may miss out on their snacks, families will benefit from uninterrupted travel and real-world savings at the fuel pump.”

Zac Pritchard, group creative director at Dentsu Creative, added, “We’re only just getting started with the team at Chery but we’re already loving the shared ambition to make interesting and memorable work. This is a simple and charming spot .”
The TVC is also running across online and social.
