GUT has made a number of promotions in Madrid and Amsterdam to unify its business and enhance its creative firepower. Roberto Gabián and Santiago Gonzalez have been promoted to executive creative directors in Madrid, reinforcing the agency’s creative leadership in the Spanish market. Gaston Gual and Alex Romero have become executive creative director in GUT Amsterdam, consolidating the network’s creative output and ensuring strong alignment across offices. Marina Perta and Pamela Bianda move up to creative director roles.
On the strategy side, Daniel Kolb and Bruno Steffen, previously heads of strategy in Madrid and Amsterdam respectively, have been elevated to chief strategy officer roles. Their appointments mark a significant step in reinforcing strategic excellence at a local level while contributing to a more integrated European vision.
Additionally, Cathal Tolton joins the European leadership team as head of growth for GUT Amsterdam, strengthening regional cohesion at a pivotal moment of growth for the network.
Lorenzo Prati also takes on the role of head of production for Gut Amsterdam, where he will lead and streamline local production efforts, strengthening regional alignment and driving greater efficiency across the network.
