The Voice of A Woman (VOW), the non-profit organisation that champions women filmmakers and artists, has been celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, beginning with the VOW | Made by Her Showcase at Cannes Lions. The showcase then went on tour, exhibiting at Ogilvy London on October 22 and BBH in New York on Tuesday, November 12 to provide industry professionals an opportunity vote on best works for an Audience Award. On November 15, it was on show at R/GA, where the eighth annual VOW | Made By Her Awards were presented.
Australian director, Kim Gehrig, won Gold for Libresse Viva La Vulva and Nike Dream Crazier via US production company, Somesuch Co. Gehrig is represented in Australia & New Zealand by revolver Will O’Rourke.
