Old Navy isn’t one of the brands that you associate instantly with activewear. The Gap brand is about low price and across the board, family fashion. But that is changing. It is currently #5 in the US in activewear and a new campaign by agency, Look, hopes to make that ranking even higher.
Its campaign Old Navy, New Moves is nothing like the activewear campaigns you’re used to. It leads with an ‘80s music video with a Jane Fonda workout feel starring Lindsay Lohan, with support from ‘60s star, Charo; influencers, Quen Blackwell and Dylan Efron (yes, brother of Zac)…plus kids and a dog. The commercials is set to Diva’s ‘80s hit, Whip it.
Old Navy, New Moves is running across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and digital channels.
