It’s nearly winter In the Northern hemisphere, famously Grey Sweatpants Season. Manscaped knows that the temptation to become “winter woolly” is high, and the brand, that has invested a great deal of time, creativity and money into making grooming down there the desirable thing to do, is clearly keen to protect its territory.
The brand has thrown its trademark humour and sharp understanding of the male psyche into the cultural moment, with a limited edition of bulge-enhancing sweatpants, made with ultra-soft fleece in weathered classic grey and finished with custom branding, to remind men why letting go of being neat and tidy is not a good idea, even in the rug-up months. The hero commercial, Heathered Mountains of Man Meat, features a rather unhinged woman called Brandtleigh and her passion for bulges, and is running across social.
