Warc has chosen its finalists for the fifth annual Innovation Awards. 20 brands from around the world have been shortlisted this year.
Two of them are Australian.
McCann Melbourne has been shortlisted for Free Puppies Forever for Vision Australia. Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney has been shortlisted for LandCrusier Emergency Network for Toyota Motor Corporation.
The awards applaud innovative thinking that delivers tangible results.
The top entries will be awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze.
The Grand Prix for the best overall submission will receive US$5,000. Five US$1,000 Special Awards will be awarded in specific areas of excellence: innovation in a product or service, channel innovation, category innovation, co-created innovation and innovation in a not-profit-campaign.
The 25-strong judging panel, chaired by Dana Anderson, SVP and chief marketing officer of global snacks company Mondelēz International, have shortlisted a diverse selection of campaigns from a wide range of territories including Australia, Egypt, India, Lebanon, Slovenia, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and USA.
