Mike Spirkovski, ex-chief creative officer of Saatchi & Saatchi Australia. Has found a new creative home and an uplifting purpose. He has co-founded a new creative venture for sustainable change, Rethink Everything, with corporate advisory, Orizontas and has become its managing partner.
The new creative company, Rethink Everything, solves complex business problems by integrating creativity and imagination to create positive and sustainable change. It will deliver strategic creative solutions from innovation and product design to film and storytelling, partnerships and collaborations, to brand activism.
Sister agency, Orizontas, was founded in 2022 by the Hon. Philip Dalidakis, Vanessa Liell and Patrick Gibbons to solve business challenges through strategic advice and deep expertise in political, market, reputational and climate risk.
Spirkovski commented, “What worked for us in the past won’t work for us in the future. We believe it’s clearly time to rethink everything – which inspired our name. Our view on the world is that everything can be rethought. Our difference is our group expertise and global track record in sustainability, advisory, intelligence, policy, communications and creativity – which is a truly unique offering in the Australian market.”
Orizontas and Rethink Everything will work in partnership to deliver clients end-to-end solutions in climate risk, sustainability, strategic communications, issues and crisis management, reputation and creativity.

Rethink Everything officially opened on February 8, joining Orizontas’ offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra.
