Mailchimp has branched out into business entertainment, and in true Droga5 fashion, it launched its new division with an offbeat series of films.
Mailchimp explains its series with these words, “Sometimes you have to show up, prepare for the worst, and hope for the best. These unscripted pieces of advice are gathered from remarkably unexpected people. They’re Unlikely Business Lessons.”
Unscripted is a challenge for a director, but Nicolas Jack Davies has injected his flair for telling great stories into this challenge and the result is a triumph. Three wonderfully interesting stories by remarkably unexpected entrepreneurs that show off what Mailchimp Presents can do. Bull wrangler, Dusty Tuckness, talk about staying calm when things gets stressful. Ex-cult member turned community philanthropist, Diane Benscoter, shows how to create and maintain a loyal following. Child prodigy, Tanmay Bakshi, urges going for it.
