The idea is all in the execution, but what an execution. In Omega’s surreal and visually striking Olympics and Paralympics commercial famous Paris landmarks become the arena in which athletes perform. The campaign highlights Omega as the official timekeeper of the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Olympic high jump gold medallist, Gianmarco Tamberi, leaps over the Arc de Triomphe, for example. Tokyo 2020 pole vault champion and world record-holder Mondo Duplantis, vaults over the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Champion golfer, Céline Boutier, tees off from a moss-covered gargoyle atop the Notre-Dame cathedral. Sprinter, Erriyon Knighton, runs through one of Paris’ famed cobbled streets.
Underscoring the dreamlike action is a track by French rapper, SDM, who wrote and performed his own original lyrics to the track, Born to be a Legend.
Omega has been the timekeeper of the Olympic Games 32 times and the Paralympics 31 times.
