So you’re traumatised by evil pizza robots and your childhood lemonade stand gave you an early experience in business failure. You can choose what you do or don’t want to deliver in a DoorDash job.
By putting those two things together, Quality Meats and Doordash’s internal creative studio, Superette, have created an inventive way to woo new and existing Dashers into the DoorDash fold.
The campaign, directed by Brian Billow, a series of quick recruitment ads featuring people with ugly past life experiences, uses humour to make DoorDash’s difference stand out – it offers more delivery options and ways to earn money through the Dash Preference feature.
The full campaign will include an extended music video of awful experiences in social, featruring band of animatronic animals that channel a deranged Chuck E Cheese, with a Five Nights at Freddy’s vibe; plus radiopm static socials and banner ads across paid social and digital video.
