Amie Snow grew up in a poorer part of inner London. She landed a job at Ogilvy UK via a creative internship – a deliberate reroute from a career with the Metropolitan Police. So far, chasing her real dream has been very successful. She has been named British Arrows Creative Talent of Tomorrow and co-founded Ogilvy Roots, a network which champions greater cultural and ethnic diversity within the agency and wider industry.
Snow was one of five people chosen for the special Sweetshop Rare Access privileges that included shadowing the D&AD judges, having a top tier delegates pass to the Festival and attending the judges’ welcome dinner. This is her Rare Access story:
