France train company, Ouigo, has built its ongoing growth on high-speed low-cost travel around France. Covid has cramped its style somewhat, however, and from January to the end of March 2021, Ouigo is offering brand-new ski and mountain destinations at tiny prices. The new routes run from suburban Paris to the Alps (Grenoble, Albertville, Moûtiers, Aime-la-Plagne, Bourg-Saint-Maurice), for as little as 10 euros for adults and a fixed price of 5 euros for children, so that everybody can visit the mountains and go skiing.
To promote these new destinations, Ouigo and agency, Rosapark, have created a new digital campaign, which will air from January 4 to 11 on the brand’s social media channels. After engaging the people most eager to travel to the mountains, the brand will then reveal a its new low-priced offer with eye-catching trompe l’oeil visuals and a little welcome wit to aid escapist dreams.

The campaign will air on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter in both animated and non-animated versions. It will be followed by an activation on Facebook and Twitter inviting people to guess where the snowy owl is hidden. There will also be an Instagram filter that will let people put themselves in the Ouigo visual in the place of the owls and share the image with their communities.
