The British Heart Foundation (BHF)’s lottery commercial gives your heart a little flutter. That’s apt because the “little bit exciting” lottery also raises funds to support the BHF’s lifesaving research. Saatchi & Saatchi has tapped into the insightthat the thrill and mood-boosting potential is one of the reasons people play the lottery. Its 40-second spot gives viewers a flood of little flutters, likening The BHF’s Weekly Flutter to little bit exciting moments such as whistling for the first time, a perfect pancake flip and an unexpected sneeze.

The fast-paced film, directed by Newland’s Jonas Bang, features witty narration by actor, Alexis Rodney, and ultimately highlights how players’ little bit exciting thrill can have real, meaningful impact for the BHF.
