Starting next month, Simon Lamplough will lead Attivo Group’s 303 Perth across its integrated creative, strategy, data and analytics, design and production offering as well as leading media capability, 303 Mediahub. He will also lead the integration of Marketforce’s creative business, recently acquired by 303.
Lamploughjoins from Kitchen Warehouse where he was chief customer officer, and prior to that managing director at Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne.
Sue Squillace, CEO Attivo Group, 303 and Mediahub, stated, “Simon is well known for being a great leader and strategic operator that is well connected both within the East and West Australian markets. His experience both within agencies and client-side will bring a deep understanding of our current and future clients’ challenges, and how best to meet them. He’s also a great fit for the agency and will work well with our existing leadership team. We can’t wait for him to get started.”
Former 303 Mediahub managing director, René Migliore, departed the agency several months ago, with general manager, Kylie Macey, and chief strategy officer, Matt Oakley overseeing the Perth office in the interim.
Attivo and 303 Executive Chairman Anthony Gregorio, stated, “Kylie and Matt have done an outstanding job of running the agency during a busy period, whilst we searched for a new Perth leader. In recognition and the expanding remit of the agency they have been promoted to managing partners. We’re thrilled to have Simon join when 303’s ambitious growth strategy is coming to fruition. With new staff, expanded capabilities and ongoing new business, it’s a great time to have someone as talented as Simon join the team to lead it into its next chapter.”
Lamplough added, “Moving client-side after years of agency leadership has been a great experience, and it was particularly satisfying to be part of a team that championed creativity to drive exceptional year-on-year growth. But it is time for a new challenge. I’ve always admired 303’s challenger mindset, its strong reputation for creative problem solving and nimble approach, so the opportunity to lead its Perth team at a time of rapid expansion was one I jumped at.”
