It’s tough being a herbal tea right now. It should be your time to shine. The health and wellness movement is in full swing, but cacao and coffee are stealing your thunder. UK herbal tea company, Pukka, is reclaiming its health and wellness role, not by taking on its competitors but by restoring sanity to wellness culture, in a campaign by Special London.
The hero commercial reminds health and wellness fans that herbal teas are “total nature”, decrying the wellness rituals of OTT work outs, bizarre facials, vitamin overloads and weird mindfulness activities. It ends with the simple promise, Nothing beats nature.
The commercial is supported in OOH with imagery of the herbal teas bearing copy such as “Nothing beats nature” and “There’s a herbal tea for that”. The UK campaign launched on Boxing Day and covers AV, radio, PR, creator collaborations and digital activations.
