The children that Vision du Monde helps didn’t choose to have no access to water, to be married by force or to not go to school. But from this year, they can choose something very important. They can choose their sponsor, the future godfather or godmother who will mentor and support their development.
Vision du Monde and French independent agency, Steve, have launched a campaign, #Chosen, which turns the charity’s traditional sponsorships around. Steve has created the print and outdoor campaign, photographed by Argentinian photographer Ale Burset, featuring portraits of children as masters of their own destiny.

This is the third year in a row in which Steve has collaborated with Vision du Monde for its call for sponsorships. It is the twelfth year, that Vision du Monde has helped the world’s most vulnerable children. The international solidarity association is a member of the non-governmental organisation, World Vision, the leading child mentoring association in the world. The new sponsorship program complements the classic sponsorship system.
