New Bondi-based micro-reality series, FLEX, is looking for brands. The series, currently screening on 9Now and social platforms TikTok and Instagram, follows the lives of a group of seven young, good-looking Bondi strivers navigating the “fake it till you make it” reality of Bondi. FLEX pulls back the curtain on the hustle needed to survive a world where pre-dawn fitness culture is the new social currency, your abs are your CV, and your community is your competition.
The series ia also Australia’s first major entry into the global micro-drama explosion – and a world-first in applying the format to unscripted reality. The show is delivered in snackable, unfiltered, 1-2 minute daily micro-episodes on Instagram and TikTok (@FLEX_the_series), with full 22-25 minute weekly episodes dropping on 9Now.

To match its innovative format, FLEX is seeking to work with a small handful of chosen brands to be heavily integrated into the narrative, effectively becoming characters within the show itself.
“We aren’t looking for sponsors; we are looking for cast members,” stated Ben Davies, founder of Australian independent production company, Ronde. “We want brands with a specific attitude—those bold, fit, and confident enough to survive the scrutiny of the Bondi spotlight.”
To find the brands with the right fit, FLEX is holding a brand casting call. If you think your brand is Bondi enough and want to become part of this world-first approach to entertainment, reach out to brand.flextheseries@gmail.com to find out more.
