Hakuhodo Inc. has appointed Third Domingo as the new APAC CCO of Hakuhodo International, effective immediately.
Domingo, founder and chairman of IdeasXMachina (IXM), part of the Hakuhodo International collective, mves up from his role as director and creative chief of Hakuhodo International Philippines. He now takes on responsibility for creative leadership across Hakuhodo International’s Asia-Pacific network. His appointment underscores Hakuhodo’s commitment to cultivating world-class creative talent rooted in local insight and a new era of leadership anchored in regional ingenuity.
Under Domingo’s leadership, IXM and Hakuhodo International Philippines have consistently delivered top level campaigns and launched new business units that have broadened the Hakuhodo International collective’s capabilities and market reach. This has placed IXM among the prestigious Top 5 Network Agencies of the Association of Accredited Advertising Agencies of the Philippines (4As Philippines) for four consecutive years. Domingo also serves as 2025–2026 President of the Creative Guild of the Philippines.
Domingo’s vast collection of awards ranges from Cannes Lions and the London International Awards to Kidlat Awards’ top distinctions including Ad of the Year and Ad of the Decade, and IXM continues to earn accolades across key categories at Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Agency of the Year Awards.

As Domingo transitions into a broader regional leadership role, Gemma Alcantara, currently leading Hakuhodo BCI, will succeed him as president and CEO of Hakuhodo International Philippines, working closely with director, Tatsuro Osuga.
