Creativity continues to flourish at Russian agency, Voskhod, and the agency continues to reimagine real estate advertising for property developer, Brusnika. The new campaign is a story about sharing with the credo, Because beauty should be shared. Brusnika was founded in Siberia in 2004 with a new vision for Russian residential development, one that believes everyone should be able to have a nicer life with its foundations in a nicer home.
The story underlines Brusnika’s approach to designing and building based on the belief that nature is the most skillful engineer. The company studies and adopts the best natural processes to create perfect environments for their clients. which even includes a methodology for plants selection, a planting calendar, calculating the volume of soil for the root system of seedlings, and taking into account solar motion.
The campaign film was directed by Andzej Gavriss, who shot in 16mm film “We chose film because it takes away extraneous detail while adding up on sensuality and sentimentality. To humanise the gardening topic, we spotlighted the value of the relationship between people, placing that at the center of the plot.” The soundtrack is a nostalgic song from a classic, nationally loved classic Soviet movie, whose lyrics underline the beauty of every season.
