whiteGREY has become lead brand and creative agency for UBank following a competitive pitch.
UBank, a division of National Australia Bank (NAB), was launched in 2008 as one of Australia’s first homegrown digital banks. Since then, it has grown rapidly and now serves 600,000 customers. In May 2021, NAB announced it was acquiring neobank 86 400 to combine with UBank.
The partnership with whiteGREY, which is effective immediately, will enable UBank to communicate its brand evolution. It will highlight the bank’s clear focus on removing the unnecessary extras and delivering customers a better digital banking experience.
