As Amplify approaches one year since joining Common Interest, the global creative agency specialising in experience, entertainment and culture has appointed Jordan Dale to the newly created role of global creative director.
New Zealand born Dale will relocate from Amplify’s London hub to Sydney, and work across the agency’s Australian, UK and US offices, helping to accelerate creative growth in APAC while continuing to collaborate on global projects. He steps into the role following four years delivering work across Amplify’s international network, including major global clients.
Prior to joining Amplify, Dale held senior creative roles at Above+Beyond in London, Colenso BBDO and Ogilvy, among other leading agencies, working across brands including OnePlus, Subway, ANZ Bank and Visa. His work has been awarded internationally at D&AD, One Show, LIA, Lovies, and Spikes, among numerous local awards in the UK and NZ.
“Since my first Sydney creative secondment in 2023, I knew Sydney would be a place that I’d eventually end up in,” Dale said of his return. “The combination of being able to help shape the creative growth of this part of the world, whilst collaborating with our US and UK teams, makes for exciting times ahead. And being a three-hour flight away from home, instead of 23, is a big bonus. Being able to bring a global cultural mindset into this market, whilst diving head first into local insights feels like a fun creative challenge.”
Amplify has also confirmed the appointment of Joel Menegazzo as creative director. Menegazzo returned home to Australia and joined the agency towards the end of 2025 after two years at Seed. He is playing a key role in delivering content-led projects, further strengthening the agency’s creative output.

These new hires and promotions will further support our growth trajectory across APAC in 2026 and continue to raise the bar on our creative output.”
Amplify has also kicked off the new year with two internal promotions. Aaron Bilham has been promoted to head of production and Caitlin Todd to the role of senior business lead.
