Grey Group’s philanthropic partner, Cotton On Foundation, launches a range of little products with a big purpose.
The philanthropic arm of Cotton On Group, Cotton On Foundation, has launched a range of little products with a big purpose. Not Just’s water, mints and tote bags encourage customers to make small, everyday purchases that make a big difference to local and international communities living in poverty. 100% of proceeds from the sale of every Cotton On Foundation product supports its local and global projects.
Michael Knox, chief creative officer and managing partner of Grey Group Australia commented, “It’s inspiring to partner a business as ambitious as Cotton On, one that holds true to the way they tackle philanthropy. As they continue to take the world by storm, they’re making sure they do their bit to help it along the way.”
Just $3 buys a jerry can to provide people in Southern Uganda with safe water. #BetterWater.
When you purchase a Cotton On Foundation tote bag, that can become 40,000 litres of clean drinking water for an entire community.
Cotton On Foundation mints become 10,000 meals every school day for students.
“To many of us a $2 bottle of water barely impacts our bank account, but what the purchase of bottles of water can do for a community in Uganda is change lives. It’s a small purchase that makes a big difference. It’s not just a bottle of water, it’s 70 new classrooms for a community. This is what we hope the launch of Not Just gets our community thinking about,” noted Tim Diamond, general manager, Cotton On Foundation.
Cotton On Foundation’s Not Just range of everyday products is available at more than 1,000 Cotton On Group stores globally.
Col Kennedy, global head of marketing and e-commerce, Cotton On Group added, “Since launch three weeks ago we’ve already seen a dramatic increase in the sale of our Foundation products. This new platform has changed the design of our products and the communication we create around them. We look forward to increasing our support to developing communities as a result of the continued uplift in sales.”
