Meet someone different, think something new.Creative Circle founder, Limehouse, is bringing Australian creatives together again for Creative Circle #4, the fun event that supports and benefits the industry. This time, Creative Circle is being hosted in Melbourne, and is co-hosted by five partners, Squeak E. Clean Studios, Alt.VFX, FINCH, ARC, and Louis&Co.
Each Creative Circle unites the industry’s creative, producers and artists, young and experienced alike, in a unique way – new faces, a different location and breakthrough live music. What is common to all is that there are no presentations or long talks. Instead, there will be a rooftop deck, live music, food, and drinks in Melbourne CBD on Thursday, November 21. It’s a fresh approach to networking and supporting a cohesive industry with live music that kicks up a gear and evolves into a party as the night goes on.
Colin Renshaw, founder, Alt VFX, commented, “I love that Creative Circle isn’t just for the established names; it’s for the known unknowns, the young and the fresh, the rising stars—everyone from newly minted talent to those newly crowned. There’s a refreshing lack of cynicism here, and plenty of optimism to go around.”
Each of Creative Circle’s co-hosts, in this case a music company, two post-production companies, two production companies and a photography production company, is encouraged to take ownership of the event and bring creative ideas to their Creative Circle.
Register to attend and see what their creativity dreams up.
Corey Esse, managing director and executive producer, FINCH, commented, “When the opportunity to bring Creative Circle to Melbourne presented itself, we jumped at the chance to help host Melbourne’s finest creative and production people in one room. It promises to be a fun night.”
Duncan Harriss, co-founder, Limehouse, added, “Each event gets bigger and better, and we’re thrilled to bring this energy to Melbourne. We envisioned an industry event for the creatives by the creatives. What started with just us and 180 Misfits in Redfern, grew to 250 people with Squeak E. Clean Studios and singer, Carla Wehbe, to more than 300 at our last event with live acts from Uncanny and tech from Alt.VFX and Louis&Co.
“Each Creative Circle has its own vibe but has kept the same relaxed, inclusive atmosphere. This is thanks to the positive energy of everyone who attends as well as the generous support and creativity brought to each event by our co-hosts. This fourth edition, and our first in Melbourne, has been highly anticipated. We’re excited to bring it to a city we love, and we promise it’ll be the best one yet.”
The only rule? Bring your passion, a positive vibe, and respect for others.
Winnie O’Neill, executive producer, ARC, stated, Melbourne’s vibrant, creative community is the perfect backdrop for this event. A casual evening to celebrate the relationships we have built while also seeking out new voices. Coming together after a challenging few years, we’re excited to meet new people and catch up with old friends.”
By invite only with limited spots.
