AWARD has opened for entries with a new enticement for world-class work. There’s a Best in Show trophy with a solid gold tip.
This year’s theme is digging deep, which represents the tenacity required by creatives to produce gold class work. It was created by 2015 AWARD Agency of the Year Y&R New Zealand and produced by Electric Art and Liquid Studios.
Guy Denniston, creative director at Y&R New Zealand commented, “Having those big ideas is explained away with words like ‘inspiration’ and ‘flashes of brilliance’, but the reality is much more boring. Doing great creative just takes a lot of hard work. It takes digging deeper, past all the shit ideas, all the mediocre ideas and the pretty good ideas. This campaign celebrates the real graft behind the craft.”
Earlybird entries will receive a 10% discount until Monday October 17. Enter here.
The last entries will be received on Friday December 2.
Late entries will be accepted until Monday December 12, but a late fee will apply.
There’s a longer eligibility period this year. Work that first aired, was published or went live between November 6 2015 and January 31 2017 can be entered.
Judging will be held between Thursday March 16 and Friday March 31 2017. And the AWARD Show will be held in May.
