Do you live and breathe Orange is the New Black?
Chris does. And Chris just bought a new LG OLED TV.
Because he seemed to be a serious TV watcher, the electronics store asked him if he would be part of a customer service video.
That’s not what the film really was.
It was an LG Electronics stunt, created by FCB New York with Netflix and Jackass director, Jeff Tremaine, to launch LG’s new social platform, The TV for the Serious Watcher.
OITNB’s Lorna Morello delivered Chris’ LG. She also flirted with him, asking him to run her a bath and slip into something more comfortable. And then she was re-arrested by a warden and dragged back to jail.
Chris was one of several people whose TVs were delivered by the main character in their favourite TV show. The aim of the stunts was underlined by its tagline, The way shows want to be watched – that if you truly love your shows, you owe it to yourself to watch them in the best way possible – the way the shows deserve to be seen.
