Turn your Facebook photos into gift wrap. Proceeds go to Havas’ charities.
Havas isn’t giving out champagne this Christmas, although it could be celebrating “The Most Powerful” year.
The Most Powerful Arm Ever Invented capped a massive year of award wins with a Pinnacle at the The Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA)’s Australian Design Biennale in a few weeks ago.
But long before Havas had been given awards in every colour possible (including black), the agency began thinking about its own giving. In June, Havas involved the whole agency in a crowd-sourcing project to come up with “something our clients would love this Christmas” and vote for the winning idea.
The Havas digital team got together and dreamed up the idea, FaceWrap.

It’s not a Christmas mask. It’s wrapping paper you make out of selfies (or any other photos you like). And it’s gift wrap that gives twice. All proceeds from its making go to Havas’ charity partners (Save our Sons, Foodbank, and the Black Dog Institute).
FaceWrap allows you to create personalise wrapping paper designs from your Facebook photos or photos uploaded directly from your computer. You can then either download a PDF of the design to print on the office printer, or order some specially printed A1 sheets to be delivered to your address.
