R/GA Australia has appointed Kieran Antill as executive creative director to lead the agency’s teams across Sydney and Melbourne.
Antill’s has already held a number of leadership roles. He was managing partner and executive creative director at Leo Burnett New York (2013-2015) and executive creative director of JWT in Melbourne (2015-2018). Following these agency roles, he was creative director of Tennis Australia for the 2019 Australian Open. Antill is also co-founder of several companies, two of which he continues to be involved with as board advisor: Ne-Lo, a customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) specialist company, and Timebirds, a fitness-tech company.

Kieran has previously been ranked as the #1 art director worldwide at the Cannes Lions Festival and #3 in the World on the Gunn report. He has also been acknowledged by the Australian government publication, Australia Unlimited, as one of Australia’s top creative exports.
