Samsung has launched two phones – the foldable Galaxy Z Fold3 5G and the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G. They had to share one commercial. It had to promote their features (but had to be interesting) and it couldn’t show preference to one model over the other. Leo Burnett Israel has conquered both challenges with a quirky Mexican standoff.
The commercial is set by the pool of a Mexican hacienda. It features a woman and a man holding a virtual match of features between their new flip & fold phones. The onlookers are wooed by the phones’ abilities while a Mexican referee has a hard time deliberating which of the two have won the standoff. “As far as we know the jury is still out,” the agency stated.
