Howatson+Company has added Letizia Bozzolini & Justin Butler as creative directors in a string of new hires following its appointment by Myer as lead creative and production agency.
Bozzolini and Butler have been a team at Special Group since 2019, when they joined the Auckland agency. They moved to Special Australia in 2022 and are responsible for notable camp[aigns such as Kathmandu’s Summer Never Sleeps and ANZ’s Doppelfalcons. Thier work has been recognised consistently for its effectiveness, creativity and craft, winning at every major award show including D&AD, Cannes, AWARD, One Show, Clio, WARC and Effies.
Before they teamed up, Bozzolini started her career in Milan working at Grey and Ogilvy before relocating to Ogilvy Sydney in 2016 as a senior creative. After a year and a half at Ogilvy, Bozzolini joined CHEP Network as associate creative director, where she worked on the highly acclaimed Cochlear Hearprint campaign. After seven months at CHEP, she joined Leo Burnett Sydney as associate creative director.
Butler spent over three and a half years at BMF before Special working on major clients including ALDI, TAL Insurance and Tourism Tasmania and two years at OgilvyOne in Sydney.
