McCann flew up to Spikes with 16 shortlisted entries – 14 from McCann Melbourne office, 2 from Sydney and a Queensland entry in the running for a finalist spot in the last round of announcements.
McCann Melbourne’s Emotional Trailer campaign for The Melbourne International Film Festival won Gold in Digital Craft, plus two Silvers – in Outdoor and Media, and 5 Bronzes – in Digital, Digital Craft, Media and Outdoor.
McCann Melbourne’s Free Puppies Forever for Vision Australia won 2 Silvers in PR.

Free Puppies Forever, the Seeing Eye Dogs campaign by McCann Melbourne for Vision Australia was shortlisted twice in PR, in Audience Targeting and Engagement Strategies.
McCann Sydney was shortlisted in PR for A Table to End Hunger for The Hunger Project. It had three chances to do that – in Sponsorships & Partnerships, Charities, Public Health & Safety and Awareness Messages.
McCann Queensland’s work on Auswide Bank’s The Big Hearted Bank campaign was in the running for a shortlist for the Music Spike Award.McCann has also been shortlisted for the B&T Media Agency of the Year, as well as being shortlisted for the State Agency of The Year (VIC).
