Ex-Droga5 head of design, Michael Kleinman and UX specialist, Robert St Clair, have had roles created for them to join Analogfolk.
Kleinman has become Analogfolk’s first design director. St Clair its first experience design director.
Matt Robinson, partner and managing director of AnalogFolk Sydney commented, “We use digital to make the analog world better and these new roles will build on our capabilities to design experiences that build brands with every interaction.”
“Modern brands are defined by what they do and not necessarily what they say, and in Mike and Rob we have two seasoned designers who understand how to ensure the consumer has the best possible brand experience for the clients we work with.”
Kleinman was head of design at Droga5 Sydney 2013 to 2014 and digital design director at M&C Saatchi/Make in 2012. He has also worked for Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Tribal DDB, Razorfish, JWT and has won Cannes Gold and Silver Lions for design. He regularly judges the Webbys which recognises international excellence on the internet, and other design and creative awards.
St Clair’s 15 year career has included working as a UX consultant and designer at agencies, R/GA, Frost, M&C Saatchi, 303 Lowe and Wunderman. He was also a lecturer in interactive media at UNSW for more than two years.
