A fashion ad with an actual idea? Priceless. Serviceplan France plays off a well-known (and most perplexing) fact about dog ownership in its ads for French shoes brand, Sarenza. Everyone knows that when you take it for a walk, your dog will pull on its lead. The campaign puts forward the solution. New shoes. You see, according to the campaign, there can only be one reason. Your dog is embarrassed by your shoes. Replace your daggy footwear with shoes from Sarenza and make your dog proud to walk with you.
The humorous digital campaign introduced Sarenza’s Boots 2018 collection with a 15-second and a 20-second film. It’s the 9th digital activation by Serviceplan France since Sarenza awarded the account to the agency a year ago. The two digital films will be shown for three weeks on all Sarenza-owned networks.
The films were directed by Manu Cuesta, and produced by Trinity Films (Serviceplan France), with creative direction from Fabien Teichner & Dimitri Guerassimov, joint chief creative officers and partners of Serviceplan France. The digital creative director was Mathieu Membré.
