The opportunity to take the stage at Asia’s largest creative festival is open. Submit your program proposal by November 30 for the chance to take the stage at ADFEST 2025.

Themed COLLiDE, ADFEST 2025 is now calling for program proposals for inspiring, thought-provoking, and boundary-pushing content. That might be a speaker session, panel discussion, breakout workshop, or a more intimate and interactive group format.

“Our delegates want to be inspired, to be challenged. And not only by leaders in the industry, but beyond. Inspiration and creativity are everywhere, in everyone, in every profession. COLLiDE calls for an explosion of ideas, minds blown, boundaries redefined,” stated Vinit Suraphongchai, chairman of ADFEST.

Before submitting your proposal, make sure you read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Program Proposal Guide. Please note that in submitting a proposal, your session is not guaranteed as slots are limited, and that ADFEST does not provide speaker fees or T&A expenses for its speakers.
