A low phone battery is a buzzkill that can wreck fun, not so fun everyday errands…and fun if they’re successful business conversations.
If you’re not lucky enough to have your phone’s charger handy, you can always try speeding up your conversation before your phone dies. But how fast do you have to go?
Superheroes, the agency “saving the world from boring advertising,” decided to pit a low battery phone against speed rapper, Mac Lethal. And it used a hidden camera to film the genuine reactions of people overhearing his impossibly fast low battery conversations.
…Because if you have an ASUS ZenFone Max, a low battery is almost never going to be a problem. Its battery can last 38 days on a single charge and can act as a power bank to charge other devices.
Low battery vs. Speed Rapper #NoNeedToRush Supermarket has achieved 10.7 million views, 169K likes and 47K shares in less than two weeks.
SuperHeroes also developed a host of social content to extend the campaign, including a pizza order prank and a special Mothers Day rap.
SuperHeroes and ASUS have teamed up before with great success. The Modern Birds campaign at the beginning of December last year helped to achieve a 30% sales increase for the ASUS Transformer Book T100, with more than 20 million views on YouTube and Facebook.
