A typical commercial for an electronic and multimedia retail chain would be built with products and prices. TBWA\Paris has gone for the heart in its campaign for French electronic and multimedia retail chain, Boulanger.
Its hero commercial is a father and daughter the story of a young woman moving into her first apartment. The daughter provides optimism (the whole world needs that right now). The father provides the emotive bond (this commercial will stand out for its hug heart). Boulanger provides usefulness (this is the campaign’s aim) – a refrigerator ordered the day before is delivered and installed while the old fridge is taken back by the delivery man.
The campaign follows Boulanger’s launch of Infinity, its unlimited repair service by subscription for household appliances, earlier in the year. The new campaign highlights its customer services and experience – which includes repairs, delivery and training in the use of products or advice on maintenance.

The film will initially live in digital and social networks.
