The Advertising Club of New York has announced the Chairs for the International ANDY Awards 2023. In addition, for the second year, the ANDY Awards will hold regional competitions ahead of the global competition, adding a competition in Africa.
“The International ANDY Awards’ goal is to ensure that the work from every corner of the world is represented, and they made sure of that by giving each region their own Jury representative of the creative excellence area,” stated Gina Grillo, president and chief executive officer, The Advertising Club of NY + International ANDY Awards.
This year’s regional chairs are:

As well as the six regional chairs, the Club has also announced Tiffany Rolfe, global chief creative officer of R/GA as Global Jury Chair of The International ANDY Awards. R/GA will also spearhead the creative for the ANDYs this year.
Rolfe will lead the jury of industry leaders, innovative marketers and rising stars who will review all submitted work across disciplines and mediums. The International ANDY Awards is the only advertising awards program with just one integrated Jury, allowing for rich, holistic dialogue around ideas, craft, innovation, and bravery for each submission. The same integrated jury reviews all the students’ work, giving young talent the unprecedented opportunity to have their work reviewed by the industry’s top creative leaders.
“The ANDYs is always an inspiring jury to be on, a blend of industry leaders as well as future leaders, which makes for thoughtful and provoking conversations around what should reflect the best work we all should aspire to. It’s a predictor for what’s to come,” stated Tiffany Rolfe, global chief creative officer of R/GA.
The International ANDY Awards and The ADVERTISING Club of New York are both not-for-profit organisations working under the guiding principle of giving back to support the talent pipeline while creating an environment to support future talent and ensuring a diverse workforce. As the first award show of the season, the ANDYs are a predictor of award season.
TheANDY Awards and R/GA will also be releasing Inspiration Series, the interview series by executive chairman and founder of R/GA, Bob Greenberg. The series was created by Rick Boyko, former chief creative officer Ogilvy North America and former director of the VCU Brandcenter, in partnership with the Club and the Andys.
A pioneer in the advertising industry for over four decades, Greenberg continues to support R/GA global chief executive officer, Sean Lyon’s vision for the agency, to create the businesses and brands with humans in mind, based on the emerging technological space and design. Greenberg’s time in the industry is one that is unmatched with his wisdom and long-time experience.
R/GA continues to be in the spotlight as the company of reinvention. Greenberg and R/GA’s mission is to continue to keep up with the ever-changing times in the world of technology, making sure its clients do the same. Beginning as a pioneer in the computer-assisted filmmaking industry, R/GA grew into a global creative network, working across communications, brand design, customer experience and customer relationships.
In addition, the International ANDY Awards are leading the charge for greater transparency and education among the community by creating an accessible judging experience by livestream. This commitment gives entrants and viewers the ability to interact with the Jury and ask questions during the process.
The global early deadline for entries is January 3.
