Halloween is the greatest gift if you’re a theme park. American theme park chain, Six Flags, is making the most of the opportunity with a terrifying five-and-a-half minute Halloween horror film, Tick. Tick. Tick., created and produced by the company’s new creative agency, TMA, and directed by Natural Selection director, John Suits.
The film, that features a malevolent clown terrorising four housemates, builds on the participating parks’ seasonal Fear is Waiting message. This time, that message – Don’t keep fear waiting – carries more urgency. It targets teens and young adults, the heaviest visitors to theme parks during the Halloween season.
Tick. Tick. Tick. is running digitally on YouTube and the social media channels for five parks – Kings Island, Kings Dominion, Dorney Park, Valleyfair and Canada’s Wonderland, until the end of October.
